Current positions available:

We are currently hiring for our lawn & landscape maintenance crew. The services provided by this crew are: mowing, spring/fall clean-ups, mulch installation, shrub trimming and weeding/bed maintenance.

Crew Leader:

A crew leader is someone with prior experience that can show up, learn the way we operate, drive the truck and trailer, operate all of the equipment (with little or no training), train and guide new or inexperienced crew members and provide top quality services while enforcing our above and beyond approach. You will be required to prove your experience with operating a truck and trailer and equipment usage. Starting pay $18hr.

Part-Time Crew Member:

is someone that wants to work on the weekends (sometimes during the week if available) providing our shrub trimming, mulch installation, mowing, and other services that are scheduled on the weekend or rescheduled due to rain delays etc. Starting pay $15hr

Crew Member:

is someone who may or may not have experience in the lawn care industry that is willing to learn how to drive the truck and trailer, operate all of the equipment, learn how to prevent customer complaints and go above and beyond to keep our customers happy. Starting pay $15hr.

We begin at 7:30 am in St. Charles, MO 63301 and work Monday-Friday until between 4 pm-7 pm depending on the workload. Saturdays are required if the schedule is delayed due to weather, etc. Sundays are optional if we are delayed or backed up on jobs.
